This year Michigan Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (MHPCO) is proud to sponsor the 16th Annual Hospice Aide Conference (formerly known as the Home Health Aide Conference). A very important part of this conference is the Sondra Seely Scholarship Fund which gives some very deserving individual(s) the opportunity to attend the Conference at our expense. MHPCO is happy to announce that this year we will honor three (3) individuals from all nominations received with the Hospice Aide Scholarship award.

The scholarship will cover all costs of attending the conference including: *registration fee *$75 gas card *one night’s lodging *special recognition at conference *meals at the conference *personal gift for recipients

MHPCO Cancellation Policy

MHPCO Cancellation Policy

MHPCO must be notified of all cancellations no later than two weeks prior to any conference date. A $50 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations on or before the two week deadline will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds on cancellations after the two week deadline.

MHPCO reserves the right to substitute faculty or re-schedule sessions due to unforseen circumstances.
