Oncology Home Care Program Coordinator
Come join our home care team specializing in the only Oncology Home Care program in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in oncology and preferable experience in home care or hospice.

The role involves staff supervision/mentor-ship, liaison within the oncology community, and direct patient care in the home care setting as needed. Overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of the oncology home care program which provides the highest quality of specialized care for oncology patients in the community.
