Welcome to the Hospice Veterans Page The Michigan Hospice Veteran's Partnership is part of a national network of hospice programs and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, veteran’s service organizations, and the Veterans' Health Administration. The HVP is here to ensure that veteran's can access quality end-of-life services.
