DNR Bracelets

"DNR" engraved in the upper L - "Do Not Resuscitate" inside band

DNR bracelets are now available for purchase. Each metal bracelet has a medic- alert symbol on the front along with the letters "DNR" engraved in the upper left corner. The bracelets are also engraved with "Do Not Resuscitate" on the inside band.

Bracelets are available from the MHPCO office for $6.00 each plus $2.00 S&H (for MHPCO members) and 10.00 each, plus $2.00 S&H (for non-members)
